Hi, I'm Kristina.

Long before I knew the term Business Analysis, I was fascinated by people.

I began college as a Psychology major, studying human behavior, motivation, communication, and the reasons people make the decisions they do. That foundation has stayed with me throughout my entire career, even as my professional path eventually led me somewhere I never expected: healthcare operations, revenue cycle, technology, and organizational change.
 

My career in healthcare has given me the opportunity to work at the intersection of people, processes, technology, and data. I've spent years looking at complex workflows, identifying operational challenges, working with stakeholders across different roles and levels of an organization, and helping teams navigate large-scale change. But somewhere along the way, I realized something. The most important part of solving a business problem usually isn't ONLY the tool you use. It's understanding the people behind the process.
 

My background in psychology taught me to pay attention to behavior. Healthcare taught me to understand complexity. Leadership taught me the importance of perspective and Business Analysis gave me a structured way to bring all of those things together. I became increasingly interested in what happens before we start building solutions.
 

Are we asking the right questions?

Are we solving the actual problem or simply responding to the first problem presented to us?

Whose perspective haven't we heard yet?

What assumptions are we making?
And ultimately, what value are we trying to create?
 

Those questions became the foundation for Inquiry to Impact™.
 

Today, I bring together my experience in healthcare leadership, operations, process improvement, technology implementation, data and analytics, and Business Analysis with something that has been part of my approach from the very beginning: curiosity about people and why things work the way they do.
 

Inquiry to Impact™ was created to help professionals look beyond the obvious, ask better questions, understand before acting, and turn what they discover into meaningful change.
 

Because Business Analysis isn't just something you do, It's a way of thinking.
